Alongside the main PARANOIA for consultant/ attendings, we want to help improve training for registrars and fellows and provide opportunities to participate in collaborative studies.

This survey is OPTIONAL. This survey contains questions of a very sensitive nature across all potential areas of prejudice (e.g. ethnicity, socioeconomic background, sexuality) designed to highlight barriers to training across a range of issues of a professional and personal nature. Please be reassured that this data is collected anonymously and is not linked to your account. We would appreciate your honesty over this difficult topic and hope that we can work together to help break down stereotypes and barriers in training. Thank you.
