Registration - metadata team | PARANOIA Study Group

This registration is for people who will be entering data on behalf of their consultant. This includes:

- fellows

- junior doctors of any level

- data managers

- medical students

To register for PARANOIA, please use the following link. This will take you to the registration survey, you only need to fill this in once. You will then get sent your username/ password

PARANOIA for metadata team

PARANOIA metadata team is for anyone who is not a attending/ consultant who wants to help collect data for the main PARANOIA registry and the optional studies.

e.g. junior doctors, registrars, fellows, data managers

Requirements

- Your consultant / attending needs to be registered for the main PARANOIA registry

- If your consultant gives you access to their profile, they will need to specify the level of access they are happy for you to have:

a) Add cases and add to the optional studies

b) They will add their cases, You can add to the optional studies

Data protection

You need to specify what the length of your contract is with the unit. If you are a registrar/ junior doctor rotating through the department, we will ask your hospital to verify your contract length.

Once you do not work with the consultants you were adding data for, your access to their account will be terminated.

Authorship

We will be able to capture your login details even when you switch between consultants on the DAG switcher. For any study you add data to, you will be given authorship using the collaborative model, 'PARANOIA Study Group' where you name will be Pubmed citable.
